Job summary

Harvey Norman Bundall is seeking a passionate cashier to join the team, delivering great service and accurate transactions. The role emphasizes customer-first outcomes, stock replenishment, and supporting visual merchandising while working flexible retail hours.

Candidates should enjoy team environments, be highly motivated, and capable of handling inquiries with a proactive, can-do attitude. Prior cashier or retail experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and POS operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work with little supervision and in a team.
• Flexibility with retail trading hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to help them find products.
• Replenish stock and maintain appealing visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Support promotions and merchandising activities as required by store leadership.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Replenishing large volumes of stock
• Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable
• High interest in Visual Merchandising
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
