Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal qualifications and/or professional experience in casework, investigations or regulatory roles are preferred.
• Some positions require formal legal qualifications.
• Applicants must hold a degree in law from an Australian tertiary institution or comparable overseas qualification, or admission in Australia as a legal practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage varied, complex cases and deliver timely outcomes in a busy environment.
• Apply legislation, schemes and international conventions to casework.
• Support litigation or judicial review where required, including drafting court documents.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve outcomes.
