A community service provider based in Acacia Ridge is looking for a part-time Child & Family Practitioner. You will manage a caseload of families with children aged 0-8 years, actively assess needs, and develop personalized case plans. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in social work or related fields, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in working with diverse families.
