The Department of Justice and Community Safety is offering a Case Manager role in the Court Practice stream based in Werribee. You will apply evidence-based case management to individuals at medium risk of reoffending and engage with clients to deliver targeted interventions.

Key responsibilities include identifying factors related to offending, motivating individuals, producing reports, and monitoring compliance with orders.

• Experience applying evidence-based case management to individuals at medium risk of reoffending.
• Ability to engage clients and deliver targeted interventions.
• Understanding of case management practices related to complex individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviour.
• Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process.
• Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines.
• Monitor individual's compliance against order requirements.
