Gilcon Building Group Pty Ltd in Windsor NSW is seeking an experienced Qualified Carpenter to join our growing team across commercial and residential projects throughout Sydney.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end builds, renovations and fit-outs with a craftsman-led team that prioritises quality workmanship, safety and professional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience, a White Card, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
• Proven experience across both residential and commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current White Card.
• Driver's license & own, reliable vehicle.
