Job summary

FindStaff is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Team Member to join the Building & Properties team on a temporary full-time basis to support operational requirements during extended staff leave. The role is based at Council depot locations and involves a 38-hour week on a 9-day fortnight.

Ideally a qualified carpenter with experience in maintenance, repairs and construction work. You will work independently and with others, uphold safety standards, and bring a practical, hands-on approach

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, repairs or related trade.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Undertake building maintenance and construction tasks across facilities.
• Work 38 hours per week on a 9-day fortnight at council depots.
• Support operational requirements during staff leave.
• Complete National Police Check prior to commencement.
