Job summary

BennConstruct is seeking a skilled carpenter to travel regionally in Queensland, delivering essential home modification projects for the NDIS. The role involves two weeks of regional travel per month to ensure safe, independent, and comfortable homes for participants.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Carpentry with at least 3 years of experience, plus a White Card and a current driver license. Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Carpentry required.
• Minimum 3 years' carpentry experience.
• Must be able to do formwork, fix outs and renovations.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install formwork for concrete structures.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Measure, cut and assemble building materials.
• Complete residential construction and renovation works.
• Install concrete / Timber ramps, Handrails, bathroom and kitchen modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship on all projects.

Job description

About you

• All round carpenter required. Must be able to do Formwork, fix outs and renovations
• White Card and current driver's licence
• Ability to travel throughout regional Queensland
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
