Job summary

Qualifications

• Lived experience of mental illness and recovery to support others.
• Public mental health service or community sector experience as Carer Peer Worker preferred.
• Evidence of capability to advocate and educate carers and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care.
• Provide direct carer peer support to carers, families and others.
