Bupa Australia in Mildura, Victoria, is seeking a compassionate care assistant to join our modern 100-bed care home by the Murray River. Our primary goal is to support the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

You will join a close-knit team, deliver compassionate care, and benefit from a comprehensive induction, buddy system, ongoing training, and clear development pathways in a supportive, inclusive workplace.

• Min Certificate 3 qualification in ageing / care / disabilities

The heart of the role

A modern care home in the heart of the regional town of Mildura, Victoria. It is surrounded by lakes and the Murray River. It consists of 100 beds, with various care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
