Nurse Next Door Australia is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our in-home care team, delivering compassionate support to ageing and disabled clients. Our flexible, client‑focused roles energize our teams and help Make Lives Better in the community.

We provide around-the-clock care with shifts that may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings or overnight, depending on client needs and scheduling. Join a supportive team that values growth and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Must hold minimum Certificate III in Aged Care / Community / Individual Support or Disability.
• National Police Check for Aged Care / Vulnerable Persons Sector.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
• NDIS Worker Screener Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a premium, compassionate care experience to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal care and meals.
• Follow client care plans developed by the Care Designer.
• Meet safety needs of clients and use equipment safely.
• Complete records and documentation accurately.

About The Role

Making Lives Better® and Happier Ageing® are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
• Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Skills & Experience

• Passionate about making a difference.
• A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
• Coachable
• Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
• Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset!
• Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
• Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes.
• Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
• National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
• NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
