Job summary

Dovida is a national provider of high-quality, person-centered home care. You will become an essential part of clients’ Circle of Care, offering companionship, daily tasks support, and more complex care in their homes.

This role provides flexible scheduling, with shifts on weekends, overnights, and weekdays. You’ll be matched with local clients across the Illawarra-Shoalhaven region, Southern Highlands and Macarthur, helping maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
• Minimum availability of 3 weekdays, more availability makes it easier to match you with clients.
• Be located in desired areas and willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area.
• Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Caregiver with Dovida, you’ll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect and understanding into their home.

We are a national company with a local approach - we service all of theIllawarra-Shoalhaven region,Southern Highlands and Macarthur.
