Whiddon is seeking a Care Services Manager for Moree, NSW to lead clinical services in our 63-bed aged care residence. Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, you will apply your senior nursing experience to ensure quality care, compliance and positive outcomes.
Candidates should hold a nursing degree and current AHPRA registration, with experience in aged care leadership. Proficiency with AutumnCare and MS Office, first aid, and NDIS Worker Check are preferred.

Reporting to the Residential Service Manager (RSM), you bring to the role your strong clinical experience, you will be well adept to managing and driving clinical services to ensure positive outcomes are achieved for our clients, ensuring compliance with national aged care standards, infection control and understanding of AnAcc.
In addition, you will provide crucial support to the RSM through your strong leadership qualities, people management experience and business acumen to assist in driving results to meet financial and budgetary goals and fostering a culture of service-based employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement and teamwork.
