A leading aged care service provider in Australia is seeking a Service Coordinator to support client intake, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with aged care standards. The ideal candidate has a Certificate IV or higher in Service Coordination, strong knowledge of ageing issues, and excellent communication skills. The role also involves acting as a trusted contact for clients and families, promoting a positive customer service culture, and participating in on-call duties.
