Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager to join the Mulgrave Rise Care Community leadership team. This hands-on role partners with the General Manager to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care and to lead high-performing clinical teams.

Located near Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre, Mulgrave Rise offers a welcoming environment with sunlit courtyards and engaging spaces for residents and families.

Formación

• RN with AHPRA registration and minimum 3 years in residential aged care.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
• Ability to lead change, manage risk and improve outcomes.

• Build relationships with GPs, hospitals and allied health providers.
• Ensure adherence to Aged Care Act 2024 requirements and reporting obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement, audit readiness and clinical excellence.
• Lead compliance with incident management and accreditation standards.
• Foster a values-led, high-performing culture.
• Oversee education, onboarding and competency development.

We are currently seeking a Care Manager to join our leadership team, working in close partnership with the General Manager and Regional Clinical & Operations Teams to deliver exceptional clinical care and lead high-performing teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing clinical governance, workforce capability, and operational performance.

Set over three levels and located next to Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre, Mulgrave Rise Care Community (formerly BlueCross Hansworth) offers a charming and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

About You

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (minimum 3 years)
• Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams in residential aged care
• An excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
• Ability to lead change, manage risk, and improve outcomes
• A visible, values-led leader who is a natural mentor with a passion for building high-performing teams
