Job summary

Austin Health in Melbourne is inviting applications for an Unaccredited Cardiology Registrar on a 12-month contract from 1 February 2027 to 6 February 2028. The role involves contributing to high-quality cardiovascular care across inpatient and outpatient settings under supervision of Consultant Cardiologists.

Qualifications

• Registered Medical Practitioner in Australia with AHPRA.
• Basic Physician Training completed with FRACP (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Assess, investigate, treat and manage patients with a broad range of cardiac conditions.
• Gain exposure to echocardiography, non-invasive imaging, electrophysiology and interventional cardiology.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care, quality improvement and research activities.
