Queensland Government's Logan Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant for Ward 5A/5B CCU to provide advanced clinical leadership across cardiology and acute medical nursing. You will champion evidence-based practice, support staff development and drive continuous improvement to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with NMBA registration and a tertiary nursing qualification.
- Advanced clinical knowledge in cardiology and acute medical nursing.
- Proven leadership, mentoring and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsabilités
- Provide advanced clinical leadership and expert nursing advice across cardiology and CCU.
- Lead quality improvement, clinical governance and safety compliance.
- Mentor, educate and support nursing staff to strengthen clinical capability.
- Monitor patient outcomes and drive evidence-based improvements with the team.
