Job summary

Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Care Unit. You will work under the Nurse Unit Manager, delivering patient-centred care in a multidisciplinary team with a focus on cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff, health promotion, and collaboration with specialists to maintain high standards of cardiac care.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

• Contributing to safe and effective strategies for managing challenging behaviours,
