Job summary

Recruitment Select is seeking Process Workers and Machine Operators to join a leading cardboard manufacturing facility in Wodonga. This casual role may transition to full-time, with police checks and medical assessments during onboarding.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, with fixed or rotating schedules including days, afternoons or potentially nights after training. Competitive hourly rates with overtime opportunities apply, and all applicants must pass drug/alcohol testing before starting.

Responsibilities

• Feeding products into machines and assisting in machine operations.
• Learning to operate machinery as training progresses.
• Performing repetitive tasks with a high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Using a forklift to move materials, load/unload goods, and support production flow.
