Job summary

Caravan Repair Centre in Caloundra, Queensland is seeking a dedicated Caravan Service Technician or Mechanic for a full-time role. You will service and repair caravans, ensuring safety, reliability and high workmanship for our customers.

You will perform scheduled undercarriage servicing, diagnose caravan systems (12V electrical, plumbing and mechanical components), conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Proven caravan service technician or mechanic experience.
• Trade qualifications including Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Caravan) or Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Repair & Services.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled undercarriage servicing on caravans.
• Diagnose and repair caravan systems including 12V electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on caravan condition.
• Advise management on recommended repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
