Vision RV on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a reliable, hands-on caravan detailer, customer handover and factory duties role. You will ensure every caravan is presented to the highest standard before collection and help customers feel confident using their new caravan from day one.

In this full‑time role you will detail caravans, conduct thorough handovers, explain appliances and systems, assist with general factory tasks and support the production team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Detail caravans inside and out to a high standard.
• Conduct customer handovers and explain caravan features.
• Assist with general factory and yard duties as required.
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness for handover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail caravans inside and out prior to customer collection.
• Present caravans to a high standard, clean, tidy and ready for handover.
• Conduct customer handovers and walk customers through their new caravan.
• Explain operation and features of appliances, electrical and water systems.
• Answer customer questions to ensure confidence before leaving with their caravan.
• Support preparation and presentation of caravans for delivery and collection.
• Identify presentation issues and report to relevant team.
• Assist with general factory and yard duties as required.
• Support wider production team during busy periods.
