Job Description

Wash, clean, and detail new, used, and customer vehicles to dealership standards. Vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, floor mats, and cargo areas. Clean windows, mirrors, dashboards, door panels, and other interior surfaces.

Hand wash or operate automatic washing equipment to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Dry and polish vehicle exteriors to ensure a clean, showroom-ready appearance. Apply tyre shine and clean wheels and wheel arches.

Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation before delivery to customers. Move vehicles safely between wash bays, service departments, display areas, and delivery locations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the wash bay and detailing area.

Refill and monitor cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Report vehicle damage, defects, or maintenance concerns to supervisors. Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including safe handling of cleaning products.

Assist with vehicle deliveries by ensuring vehicles are fuelled, cleaned, and presentation-ready. Remove stickers, protective coverings, and transport materials from new vehicles. Support service and sales departments with vehicle preparation as required.

Ensure all dealership vehicles consistently meet presentation and customer satisfaction standards.
