Job summary

UnitingCare Qld in Queensland seeks a Project Manager to deliver capital projects end-to-end in a live operating environment. You will engage stakeholders, manage scope, time and cost, and coordinate across BlueCare and hospital projects.

This 12-month contract offers hybrid work by agreement, with a focus on governance, risk management and delivering practical, fit-for-purpose outcomes for residents and communities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in property, construction management, or related field.
• Project management competency certification (PMP, AIPM).
• Experience delivering minor to medium capital works end-to-end.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Power BI and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of capital projects end-to-end across live operating environments.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into outcomes.
• Support a portfolio across BlueCare, with hospital project opportunities as needed.
• Apply governance, time, cost, scope, quality, reporting and benefits realisation.
• Identify risks and interdependencies and provide practical decision-support.
