Job summary

OCRT Consulting seeks Capability Realisation Managers to support a Defence network uplift program in Canberra. The role blends technical assurance, capacity forecasting, connectivity design and CRP artefacts, tracking Target State achievement while building APS capability.

You will engage with Defence stakeholders, modelling vendors and international partners to deliver reliable capability uplift and training plans for Commonwealth APS.

Qualifications

• Experience across technical assurance, capacity planning or engineering governance on complex programs.
• Understanding of configuration management and capability target state frameworks.
• Experience producing assurance and governance artefacts for senior decision-making.
• Prior Defence capability or acquisition environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent technical and engineering assurance across contracted deliverables.
• Coordinate and assure configuration management across project streams.
• Develop, assess and assure connectivity solution plans and approval artefacts.
• Maintain and assure Capability Target State deliverables, including schedule impact assessment.
• Develop and maintain the Capability Realisation Plan (CRP) and related engineering artefacts.
• Manage capability, capacity and demand forecasting, including cloud scalability modelling.
• Support engagement with modelling vendors, Defence stakeholders and international partners.
• Draft and implement a Training Plan to uplift Commonwealth APS capability.

We're seeking applications from Capability Realisation Managers to support a Defence network uplift program in Canberra.
