Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning end-to-end candidate delivery across assigned recruitment assignments.
  • Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments.
  • Managing candidate progression across interview and feedback stages.
  • Coordinating interviews and managing calendars to tight timeframes.
  • Maintaining consistent, professional communication with all active candidates.
  • Identifying stalled roles or delivery risks early and implementing corrective action.
  • Ensuring all candidate files and General Registration (Gen Reg) documentation are accurate and compliant.
  • Updating recruitment systems accurately and maintaining clean, organised records.
  • Preparing delivery updates and progress reporting as required.
  • Acting as the primary point of coordination between candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
