• Ability to manage multiple conversations and schedules efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound conversations with candidates to match opportunities.
• Build rapport, listen to career stories and provide supportive guidance.
• Handle necessary paperwork, calendars and ensure smooth processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to connect candidates with the right roles.
