Qualifications

Experience turning business needs into functional specifications.
Ability to translate business processes into use cases.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with government security requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather clear requirements.
Analyse existing processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Document business and functional requirements and use cases to guide development and system enhancements.
Act as the liaison between business users and project or process owner teams, facilitating communication and alignment.
Create and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation.
