Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers and Trade Assistants for on-site casual work across commercial and residential projects in NSW. Earn a consistent weekly pay with an hourly rate of $35.11, plus 11.5% superannuation and a $22 daily travel allowance, with chances to move into permanent roles.

You will perform site preparation, assist trades, move materials, and maintain safety on busy sites.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We’re Looking For

To join our team you must have:

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Safety glasses
• High-visibility clothing
