Campaign Manager

This is a high-impact, client-facing role supporting senior commercial agents on transactions typically over $2 million. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign coordination, marketing strategy, and documentation to ensure every listing and transaction is delivered with precision and polish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing campaigns from listing through to settlement
  • Prepare submissions, IMs, vendor reports, and legal documentation (contracts, leases, CTAs)
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain data across Monday.com, VaultRE, and other CRM systems
  • Produce market reports and assist with business development submissions
Ideal Candidate
  • 3–5 years’ experience in real estate administration, marketing, or campaign coordination
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage deadlines
  • Confident working alongside senior commercial agents
Lease Administrator

The perfect role for a detail-driven property professional who enjoys variety, structure, and working at the heart of the leasing process. You’ll coordinate property marketing, prepare documentation, and ensure all leasing and sales campaigns are compliant and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage Form 6s, CTAs, contracts, and tenancy agreements
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and vendor reporting
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors for seamless transactions
  • Manage CRM updates and data accuracy (VaultRE)
  • Support agents with inspections, enquiries, and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years’ experience in property or real estate administration
  • Strong organisation and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Current Salesperson Registration (or willingness to obtain)
