Job description

Are you passionate about creating meaningful supporter experiences that inspire action and change lives? MS Plus is seeking a motivated Campaign Manager to grow, deliver and optimise our Community Fundraising portfolio across Victoria, New South Wales, the ACT and Tasmania.

In this hands‑on role, you will manage large-scale community fundraising and peer‑to‑peer campaigns, coordinate in‑person events, and work closely with supporters, donors, internal teams, suppliers and agencies to drive participation, engagement, fundraising performance and revenue growth.

This is a project‑focused, outward‑facing role suited to someone with strong experience in fundraising, marketing, campaign delivery or event management. The role is full‑time, based in Lidcombe, NSW, with hybrid working options.

Why you’ll love this role

This is more than a fundraising role; it is an opportunity to help grow unrestricted income and connect communities to the impact of MS Plus’ mission.

You will be part of a collaborative, purpose‑driven team where your positive contribution is valued, your growth is supported and your work helps people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions live well.

You will play a key role in delivering successful fundraising experiences, strengthening participant journeys, using data‑led insights to improve campaign performance and ensuring donors and supporters understand the difference their efforts make.

What you’ll be doing
  • Plan, manage and oversee MS Plus’ Community Fundraising campaigns, including digital peer‑to‑peer, in‑person and community‑led fundraising campaigns.
  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital activity, direct marketing, fundraising asks and supporter communications.
  • Coordinate community management activity, including social content planning, campaign updates and supporter engagement.
  • Build and steward relationships with participants, donors, high‑value fundraisers, community fundraisers, ambassadors and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, agencies and fundraising platform providers to support campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, schedules, revenue, expenditure and return on investment, providing insights to optimise performance.
  • Report on campaign progress, risks, mitigation actions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the strategic growth of unrestricted income and the delivery of significant fundraising, revenue, participation and marketing targets.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, post‑campaign reviews, ideation and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Attend events on weekends and undertake occasional interstate travel as required.
What you’ll bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience executing marketing, fundraising or event campaigns, ideally in the not‑for‑profit sector.
  • Proven experience delivering large‑scale campaigns with a revenue growth focus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or fundraising to achieve campaign outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of supporter engagement and participant journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to use campaign data, insights or reporting to improve performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM or fundraising platforms.
  • Experience with peer‑to‑peer fundraising platforms such as Funraisin.
  • Experience managing merchandise suppliers, campaign incentives or ecommerce activity.
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers or external delivery partners.
  • Experience supporting donor journeys, second‑gift conversion, regular giving or major gift pathways.
What we offer
  • Competitive salary and full‑time position.
  • Salary packaging: $15,900 of your base salary tax free and up to $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
  • Flexible working arrangements, with a hybrid model: 2 days working from home and 3 days in‑office from our Lidcombe, NSW office.
  • Learning and development opportunities to enhance your career.
  • Employee Assistance Program, birthday leave, paid parental leave and gym membership benefits.
  • Free on‑site parking and discounted private health insurance.
