Join our passionate CRU® Educational Camps (CEC) team as a Camp Coordinator !

Lead alongside dynamic camp leaders to engage thousands of kids with the Gospel through impactful school camps.

In this exciting role, you’ll plan and direct camp programs, train and mentor Summit Trainees, and collaborate with teachers to create memorable experiences that align with school objectives. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a people-oriented mindset, and a heart for sharing the message of Jesus.

Ideal candidates will have :
  • A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a Bible-based church.
  • Agreement with CRU’s Statement of Belief.
  • A commitment to the evangelistic value of camping and developing leaders.
  • Experience with school-aged children in camp settings, church ministries, or youth programs.
  • Skills in preparing and presenting Christian talks and small group discussions.
  • Strong biblical knowledge and application to everyday life.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of up to 40 leaders.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain a NSW Working with Children Check.
