Job summary

BOUNCE is seeking a Cafe Team Leader for our Geelong venue to own the café experience with energy, high standards and exceptional hospitality. You’ll lead from the front, coach Cafe Hosts, and drive performance during peak periods.

You’ll develop your team, manage stock and safety, and ensure quality coffee and food presentation. Availability Thursday to Monday, including Friday evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced café, hospitality, food & beverage or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team-development capabilities.
• Passion for guest experience and attention to detail.
