Job summary

Mondelēz International in NSW is hiring casual Merchandisers to support our Eastern and Southeastern suburbs partner stores. Roles are casual with part-time hours (approx 16–18 hrs/week) and require a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

You will build strong customer relationships, set up product displays, and use point‑of‑sale materials to drive shopper interest while ensuring products are on shelf and available for purchase.

• Casual role requiring reliability and ability to work with store teams.
• Driver's license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and Sales team by being reliable and communicative.
• Build displays of our products in line with standards and in pre‑agreed locations.
• Use impactful POS to generate shopper interest in products.
• Ensure products are available on shelf for shoppers to purchase.
• Seek opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

We are hiring for Two (2) Casual positions to support our partner stores in the Eastern and southeastern areas:

Eastern Suburbs (Edgecliff, Double Bay, Bondi) – average of 18 hours per week – availability on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday preferred

Southeastern Suburbs (Pagewood, Maroubra, Mascot, and Wolli Creek) – average of 16 hours per week – availability on Tuesday and Wednesday preferred

Additional work may be available during busy selling periods like Easter & Christmas. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle with comprehensive insurance .

You will:

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient, and communicating effectively
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products
