Job summary

My Joinery Pty Ltd in Kingsgrove, NSW, is seeking a 3rd year Apprentice Cabinet Maker/Joiner for a permanent full-time role. You will contribute to production and manufacture of high-quality residential joinery and cabinetry.

You will operate woodworking machinery, read drawings, manufacture joinery pieces, and assist with onsite installation. Immediate start in a supportive, family-owned business with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in cabinet making or joinery.
• Confident with woodworking machinery, CNC, edge bander and panel saw.
• Ability to read and follow drawings and specifications.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Undertaking cabinet making/shopfitting apprenticeship with minimum 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

Cabinet Maker / Joiner 3rd year Apprentice

We are seeking an experienced 3rd year Apprentice Cabinet Maker /Joiner to join our team at My Joinery in Kingsgrove, NSW. This is a Permanent full-time position with immediate start, where you will play a key role in the production and manufacture of high-quality joinery and custom cabinetry for residential projects.

What you'll be doing

Operate woodworking machinery and tools to build custom cabinetry and joinery

Read and follow drawings and specifications

Manufacture and assemble custom joinery pieces

Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality projects

Comply with WHS requirements and maintain a safe work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years experience in Cabinet Making or Joinery

Confident using woodworking machinery and hand tools including CNC machine, Edge bander and panel saw.

Ability to read and follow drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Passion for the Cabinet Making and Joinery industry

Currently undertaking a cabinet making / shopfitting apprenticeship with minimum 2 years experience

Current Australian Driver's Licence
