Job summary

Joinery Creations is seeking a skilled joiner for a full-time position in Melbourne. You will manufacture high-end cabinetry and architectural joinery from detailed drawings, operate a range of woodworking machinery, and install finished pieces on-site with precision.

You must be able to read drawings, work independently or in a team, and hold a cabinet making/joinery qualification plus a valid driver’s license for site travel. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a supportive workshop culture.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery.
• Experience in workshop manufacturing and on-site installation.
• Ability to read architectural/shop drawings.
• Driver's license is essential for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-end cabinetry, joinery and architectural pieces from shop drawings and cutting lists.
• Safely operate woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools.
• Install completed joinery on commercial sites and ensure alignment.
• Troubleshoot adjustments on-site to maintain craftsmanship.
• Follow health and safety protocols and keep workshop and sites clean and organized.
