Job summary

Expert360 is seeking a CA or CPA qualified Accountant to own the day-to-day accounting and finance operations for a growing, technology-enabled services business in Australia. You will manage the full month-end close, tax compliance, and payroll coordination across multiple jurisdictions while guiding an offshore team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements, with a clear path to expand responsibilities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification, or equivalent professional designation.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and statutory reporting.
• Experience coordinating offshore/outsourced accounting resources.
• Experience with tax compliance, BAS/IAS lodgements and payroll accounting.
• Proficiency with Xero or similar cloud accounting platforms; consolidation tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the full month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare management and statutory reporting packs.
• Coordinate BAS/IAS lodgements and payroll across jurisdictions.
• Lead, coach and review offshore accounting resources.
• Drive automation and process improvements in accounting.
