Job summary

Oxford Knight is seeking a C++ Developer for its Sydney trading team. You will work on high-performance Linux-based infrastructure, collaborating with traders and technologists to evolve execution and signal-generation systems.

The role focuses on optimizing C++ code, enabling scalable model building and backtesting within a dynamic quant environment. A bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering and 3+ years in C/C++ is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in C/C++ development, including low-level and high-level optimization.
• Performance-oriented engineering balancing maintainability and extensibility.
• Solid experience working on a Linux platform.
• Self-starter able to drive a project from inception through delivery.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.

You'll collaborate extensively with traders and technologists to evolve, improve and maintain all elements of the team's infrastructure, including execution, signal generation, model building and back testing.
