Job summary

Ashford Benjamin is seeking multiple C# Developers to join the Core Trading Technology team in Sydney. You will help build trading analysis tools, market data feeds, monitoring applications, and data scraping utilities to assist traders in decision-making.

Open to candidates from tech or finance backgrounds, provided C# skills are strong. You will work with traders, quants, and developers in a fast-paced, global setting, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience of 4–11 years in C# development.
Strong server-side experience; multi-threading preferred.
WPF experience is a plus for client-side work.
Experience deploying .NET Core apps on Linux is advantageous.
Experience with real-time applications is beneficial.
Strong communication with traders, quants and developers is essential.
Understanding of full SDLC and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle development from requirements to production release.
Build and maintain trading analysis tools, market data feeds, and monitoring apps.
Collaborate with traders, quants, and tech teams to implement solutions.
Drive continuous improvement of tools and automation within the team.
