  • Matrix & Stakeholder Leadership – Lead through complexity across a matrixed environment, influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, and other functions both within Australia and the global organization.

  • Resource & Investment Optimization – Make disciplined resource and investment decisions to optimize return, accelerate growth, and ensure efficient deployment of budget and people resources (including significant revenue and operating budget accountability).

  • Capability Building & Transformation – Drive organizational capability and transformation, ensuring the business unit evolves to meet changing customer, market, and portfolio needs and is ready for future pipeline opportunities.

  • Enterprise Leadership – Represent the Respiratory Business Unit as a key member of the Australian Executive Team, contributing to enterprise strategy, broader business priorities, and overall organizational performance.

  • External Engagement – Build strong external credibility with key partners and stakeholders, supporting the reputation and strategic position of GSK in Respiratory and strengthening long-term partnerships.

  • Governance, Ethics & Compliance – Ensure the highest standards of governance, ethics, compliance, and values‑based leadership across all business activities, consistently role‑modeling GSK’s expectations.
