Hunternet Career Connections in partnership with our host company in Cardiff, NSW, is seeking a motivated Business Trainee to start a Certificate III in Business. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment while you learn and earn.

You will gain practical workplace skills, a nationally recognised qualification and the support of an experienced team throughout the traineeship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responding to incoming customer calls and enquiries
• Making outbound calls to customers and clients
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Following up with customers to ensure enquiries are resolved
• Communicating effectively with internal departments and team members
• Preparing quotes for customers
• Performing accurate data entry and maintaining records
• Quality checking devices to ensure they meet required standards
• Processing device and parts claims through manufacturer systems
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
