What You Will Do :

• Elicit and Document Requirements : Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and validate complex business and functional requirements.
• Bridge Business and Tech : Act as a key liaison between business units, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimise Processes : Analyse current-state workflows to design and document future-state process maps, identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Support Solution Design : Partner with technical teams and vendors to ensure proposed solutions meet business goals, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
• Lead Testing and Change : Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with change impact analysis to ensure a seamless transition for the end-user.

What You Need to Apply for This Role :

• Extensive BA Experience : 8–10 years of proven experience in Business Analyst roles, specifically working on technology transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong expertise in requirements documentation (BRS, FRD, User Stories) and process modeling techniques using tools like BPMN.
• Versatile Delivery Skills : Demonstrated experience working across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments with a structured, methodical approach.
• Stakeholder Mastery : Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, backed by strong facilitation skills.

Relevant Qualifications : A degree in Business or IT is preferred, and industry certifications (e.g., IIBA, CBAP, or Agile BA) will be highly regarded.
