A government department in Victoria is seeking a Business Support Officer to lead administrative tasks at their Seymour office. We're looking for someone who will provide service excellence to community and staff in the administration of our Seymour office. Join the Hume Business Services team and lead site administration, customer service and facilities management.
The Business Support Officer will promote service excellence through the delivery of customer service, administration and site management services. This includes the coordination of fleet, contractors, tenants and mail while responding to face to face and phone enquiries from staff and members of the public.
The role will focus on delivering the best outcomes for internal and external stakeholders and providing support to the wider Business Services team.
This is a fixed term position available until 02 January 2025. The work location for this position is 15 Hume and Hovell Road, Seymor.
