Job summary

DoorDash ANZ is seeking a proactive Sourcer to join our Recruiting Team. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to engage top talent across multiple functions and shapes our pipeline from resume screening to outbound sourcing.

With 4+ years in sourcing, you will leverage ATS, LinkedIn, and other channels, using data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and craft creative sourcing strategies that accelerate our growth in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing experience.
• Masters of pipeline management using ATS, LinkedIn, and multiple channels.
• Enjoy sourcing for unique roles and finding needles in haystacks.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Metrics-driven and able to leverage data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with business leaders across Sales, Strategy & Ops, and Corporate Functions.
• Develop creative strategies for engaging qualified candidates through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Influence hiring decisions at every stage of the recruiting process.
• Use data and industry trends to build sourcing strategies and iterate on interview processes.

About the Team

The DoorDash Recruiting Team is focused on helping build DoorDash culture, one quality hire at a time. We partner with hiring teams to build recruiting strategies that allow DoorDash to hire remarkable talent in the most efficient and unbiased ways. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office, which can be located in Melbourne or Sydney.

About the Role

At DoorDash, our Sourcers play an essential part in supporting our growing teams. They work alongside our recruiters and hiring managers while managing candidates at the top of the funnel. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate the business by engaging qualified candidates across multiple business functions and acting as a subject matter expert and owner of market insights.

Please note this role is a 6 month FTC.

• Build partnerships with several of our business leaders across a range of teams (Sales, Strategy & Ops, Corporate Functions)
