Hart Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Advisory Manager for a modern, flexible accounting and advisory firm in Geelong. The role offers hybrid working, strong support from leadership, and genuine career progression within a high-calibre private client portfolio.

You will lead a small team, manage complex tax compliance and advisory matters, advise on CGT, FBT, GST, restructures and tax planning, mentor staff and collaborate with Partners on growth strategies.
