You’ll join a dynamic Enterprise Transformation division that drives major initiatives across programs, portfolios, and technology operations. This is your chance to deliver projects that not only achieve business objectives but also make a meaningful difference to employees, clients, and the community.

Key activities
  • Provide project management expertise to the development and implementation of multiple projects within a program of work and / or projects of a complex nature.
  • Partner with executives and senior stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Develop governance frameworks, business cases, and strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Drive effective communication and engagement strategies across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams to build capability and foster high performance.
Skills and experience
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience successfully managing large-scale and complex business transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in leading business change initiatives
  • Ability to manage scope, time, cost, resources, risk, and procurement in diverse environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executives, senior leaders, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching cross-functional teams and driving results in fast-paced settings.
  • PRINCE2 and / or Agile certification.
  • Experience within insurance, health, disability, or government sectors will be highly regarded.
