We’ve had an exciting opportunity open in our Business Operations team as an Operations Associate. This role is located in Sydney and will work with the wider Business Ops team to create lovable experiences for all of our customers.

We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Business Operations Associate role we are specifically looking for someone who:

  • Is a customer service champion – you love helping people and have great communication skills.
  • Loves working with numbers and using an investigative approach to new challenges.
  • Has some experience in the financial industry (knowledge around corporate actions or experience with share registries is a plus!).
  • Is adaptable to change and is motivated by our vision and purpose.
