Job description

Based in our Adelaide Head office, you’ll lead market strategy for a major brand, driving growth through new opportunities and expanding existing business to meet sales and profit targets.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage customer relationships to reinforce Detpak as the supplier of choice and retain 100% of existing business.
  • Jointly lead quarterly reviews and annual joint business planning with key customers, driving continuous improvement and growth opportunities at every stage.
  • Drive growth and new business development pipelines and support the client on major new business activity.
  • Maintain active customer information in Salesforce and work with the Customer Service team to ensure extensive use of Salesforce to drive business efficiency and improved process outcomes.
  • Analyse performance and trends in the relevant markets to identify account opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multiple and diverse Detmold functions across the business.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in global markets- multiple stages in the product life cycle.
  • Significant exposure to product launches, demand and product management.
  • Highly motivated with strong negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering customer driven outcomes.
  • Strategically minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
