BizCover is looking for a Business Insurance Sales Consultant to drive our business insurance sales and deliver exceptional service to customers. You will follow up warm leads, tailor coverage using BizCover’s products, and contribute to a vibrant team focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

With a base salary of $57,000 plus uncapped commission, earnings frequently reach six figures. Flexible work options include remote work from anywhere outside Sydney or a hybrid model for Sydney-based

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport.
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering top-notch experiences on every call.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic team.
• Work from Anywhere: full work-from-home flexibility if you’re outside Sydney.
• Hybrid Freedom: Sydney-based? flexible mix of home and office days (2 days from office and 3 from home).
• Knowledge of commercial insurance would be advantageous, but not required.
