A prominent healthcare firm is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead New Business Development in the Aged Care sector across Victoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in capital sales processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. This role offers an attractive salary package, including incentives and a car allowance, aimed at those with permanent working rights in Australia.

An exciting and challenging opportunity is now available for a highly driven BDM, who will be responsible for New Business Development and Key Account Management of specialist medical and healthcare products into the Aged Care sector throughout Victoria.
We are looking for a confident, high‑energy professional who has a hunger for success and is not afraid to hunt for new leads and who loves the thrill of a new sale as much as growing great client relationships. To be successful you will need to be a commercially astute individual, who has demonstrated experience in the capital sales process into the aged care sector.
