About the Role

Join us as our next Partnerships and Sales Manager – Group, where you’ll shape integrated marketing and commercial strategies that bring our experiences to life. This role combines creative marketing leadership with strong commercial acumen to grow visibility, revenue, and partnerships across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure commercial partnership revenue across entertainment assets, focusing on prepaid, gifting and sponsorship channels
  • Drive new partnership opportunities across EVT Group businesses (Hotels, Thredbo, State Theatre)
  • Support negotiation and finalisation of commercial deals in line with business goals
  • Create impactful partnership presentations and proposals that communicate cross‑platform benefits
  • Mentor and support the Partnerships & Sales Executive to build a high‑performing team
  • Lead integrated campaign planning and brand partnership development
  • Develop and maintain strong industry contacts across marketing, media, and loyalty sectors
  • Build tailored sales plans to grow profitable accounts and meet KPIs
  • Manage partner relationships, contractual obligations, and renegotiations
  • Deliver clear, timely communication and reporting to stakeholders
