At ELM, we manage and support childcare services nationally. Our purpose is to create better outcomes for children, families and owners through strategic leadership, operational excellence and best practice compliance. This role plays a central part in strengthening our growth pipeline and ensuring new services transition smoothly into onboarding and hypercare.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full new business pipeline from first enquiry through to onboarding
- Coordinate early qualification calls and understand prospective client needs
- Maintain accurate updates in Asana, our CRM and internal reporting systems
- Prepare capability packs, development summaries and leadership updates
- Support site visits and walkthroughs with Operations Managers
- Review building plans and development information to assess service potential
- Strengthen relationships with brokers, developers, and prospective and existing clients
- Work closely with Key Stakeholders Operations, Compliance, and Finance to ensure a seamless transition into hypercare
- Track early performance indicators that support forecasting and national planning
- Provide market insights through competitor reviews and demographic mapping
- Champion consistent processes that strengthen ELM’s national growth rhythm
What You Bring
- Experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, project coordination or development support
- Strong understanding of the Australian childcare sector or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to interpret early service information, data and plans
- Strong communication skills with a warm, confident and professional approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing competing prioritiesProactive and solutions focused, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities early
- Confident using systems such as Asana, CRM tools and Google Workspace
Qualifications
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Project Management, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable)
- Experience within childcare, property, development or a services-based environment (highly regarded)
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
